A corporate financier and non-executive director with over 20 years commercial and city experience. Previously Chairman of a large ABTA / ATOL licensed Leisure Group, Stuart is currently a partner in a London based corporate finance boutique (The Corporate Finance Group) and he holds 3 non-executive positions with U.K. companies. He is the Chairman of a Charity (CASC 05772) in Gloucestershire. Stuart and his IAG team are currently advising several governments on aviation infrastructure specialising in MRO’s and Academies, Airlines and procurement. Stuart holds an international motor racing license and is a keen skier.

Malcolm Cox heads up our MRO and Engineering division. Malcolm has over 30 years experience built upon the solid foundations of a RAF Halton Apprenticeship and 22 years service in the RAF at home and abroad finishing his military career as an Engineering Officer. Since leaving the Service he has had a number of high profile appointments supporting some Europe’s leading low-cost carriers as a service provider with responsibility for continuing airworthiness management. As a practicing aircraft maintenance manager, he brings a strong commercial focus to the application of regulatory compliance.

A highly experienced Ex-Virgin Atlantic Operational and Commercial Director with extensive knowledge of aviation and operating out of London Heathrow (LHR). Whilst at Virgin Atlantic, Andrew was responsible for managing the main operational hub at Heathrow and was a senior member of the Airline Operators Committee AOC). Leading a team of over 750 to deliver exceptional customer service to over 7000 customers every day. During this period he managed a major cultural and facilities transformation project to compete with the opening of T5 which resulted in an increase in customer satisfaction of 11%.

After leaving Heathrow Andrew was promoted by Virgin to become responsible for creating a new revenue stream for Virgin Atlantic by exploiting opportunities in EMEA markets. Having built a scalable sales and marketing presence in 35 markets he delivered over £130m of incremental revenue peaking at £50m in 2011/12. Since joining IAG, Andrew has negotiated slots at major London Airports, consulted on new airline start-ups and airline revenue streams and code-sharing.

An Established Company Director with a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and over 15 year’s military service, Serving in the RAF, Army and Special Forces on numerous overseas operations. Upon leaving the service Dean took control of a large family business running this for over 10 years, before returning to the defence and security environment, first working as a contractor within conflict mitigation. Now with IAG, Dean specialises in Armoured Vehicles, Unmanned Platforms and general Police and Military Procurement, Defence and Security services and assets. Dean brings a wealth of knowledge gained from conflicts around the globe this coupled with his Engineering background can offer tailor-made solutions and advice on a wide range of security and or procurement needs.

Chris spent 11 years as an aviation finance specialist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFG (BTMU) and before that for 12 years with ECGD, the UK’s official export credit agency. There he was Head of Country Policy for Europe and sub-Saharan Africa for 5 years and the Director heading the Aerospace and Defence team for 6 years. Chris has huge experience in winning and closing deals with intense timescales and complex competing interests, with particular expertise in sourcing commercial and ECA debt for both airlines and operating lessors and high level industry contacts in all areas of aviation finance on a worldwide basis. With Chris on board IAG intends to expand our aviation finance capabilities and offer comprehensive financial solutions to both fixed wing and rotary customers.

A highly experienced helicopter operator with 26 years experience in both the military and civil sectors who has operated in almost every part of the world and under most conditions. Qualified on multiple types with full ATPL (IR), he has combined this experience with commercial activity that has delivered business valued in excess of ₤250 million for a range of international companies in the defence and security sectors on both fixed wing and rotary aircraft. He has a broad range of experience covering specialist aircraft support solutions, infrastructure projects and airport development as well as aircraft sales and acquisitions. He has also had sole responsibility for leading teams that have devised and delivered highly complex integrated engineering and aircraft support solutions around the world.

An author and researcher who has undertaken a number of projects on behalf of the World Bank and a part time Consultant with the WHO. Roger was Chair of the Sussex Universities Military Education Committee for some ten years. He joined the Royal Air Force as an Aircraft Apprentice at RAF Locking where he studied radar for three years. He served for nine years prior to going to University. He gained an MA, MPhil, PHD and a DMS and to fund his research and keep himself active, he joined the Territorial Army and served for some 17 years retiring in 1991. Since then he has undertaken many large projects in various parts of the world. He joined IAG as Group Marketing Director in 2012 and is currently heading up a forensic project for the Indonesian Government.

The main target for the business at that time was Pakistan, Sri Lanka, UAE and Canada which later expanded globally. We have a combined aviation and defence experience of over 140 years between our directors.

David has a wealth of experience from 20 years in Aviation Maintenance, from hands-on
Maintenance Engineering under UK CAA BCAR, EASA Part-66 and FAA A&P Licences
(with numerous Type Ratings) to the management and establishment of Part-145 MROs, including a Manufacturer-authorised Service Centre. Since 2013 David has additionally built a reputation for exhaustive knowledge, competence and experience in Continuing Airworthiness, primarily under EASA Part-M but additionally for FAA and OTAR registries. David has past and present EASA Postholder Approvals for Part-145, Part-M, Airworthiness Review and Accountable Manager positions, and currently supports a number of Air Operator (Charter) Organizations and Private Operations. In addition to the Competent Authority Approvals and Authorisations, David holds a First Class (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council (UK), and holds a professional membership of the Royal Aeronautical Society at Member grade. His further development in a holistic aviation competence base includes an EASA Part-FCL PPL(A) (SEP), with Night Rating.

Since leaving full time flying, Trevor has worked on projects as far flung as the UK, Ghana, Uganda, South Africa, Namibia, Iran, Cost Rica and others. He started his own wet leasing airline, AVSTAR, which grew to a fleet of 8 aircraft, including 6 Boeings. He was responsible for all cargo operations. Trevor is our man to go to for leasing, lease purchase and aircraft/helicopter procurment.
