Military Training Programmes for Rotory and Fixed Wing
IAG has years of experience in creating bespoke training solutions for specialist training requirements such as Police Aviation and Security Operations. We can bring together a group of ex-military specialists with vast experience to create courses from scratch ranging from type training through to specialist skills training such as NVG Ops and tactical flying.
Most aircrew training requirements are usually quite straight forward and all training courses are run by qualified and experienced trainers/teams with full back-up and a tailor made aircrew training schedule to fit your exact criteria.
Our aircrew training courses can be run/hosted anywhere in the world and we only work with qualified trainers from all three services.
Our Training department is split into Fixed wing and Rotary wing elements, with our trainers having previously instructed amongst all three Services of the British Military. Their backgrounds range from Attack Helicopter to tactical C130J with teaching experience from Operational flying training to basic instruction, as well as ex members of Standardisation units within all 3 Services. With their varied backgrounds we can ensure we have the right team members who can fulfil any aviation training requirement. We have experience of delivering flying training for front and rear crew whether it be classroom based, utilising simulation or indeed airborne, from basic training to the use of advanced techniques and equipment.
Training packages are bespoke and tailored directly to our clients requirements, however examples of what we have previously provided range from a two man team “Standardising” a Police Aviation unit’s drills and SOPs during a 3 week visit, to the provision of a full time training team consisting of pilots and rear crew embedded in a host nations SAR unit for a 3 year period teaching them up to date techniques and SOPs.
