Government of Macedonia, 2014

IAG were invited to Skopje to meet with the Vice Prime Minister, “Invest Macedonia” and TAV the airport operator to discuss the feasibility of a new EASA 145 MRO. Stuart Harrison the Chairman flew a team over to Skopje several times for research and review.

IAG subsequently created a full MRO feasibility study to International standards and full financial bank ready projections for the Government. These plans were accepted and approved pending a start in 2016. After recent elections, the new government has started reviewing this project again.

Government of Tanzania, 2015

Stuart Harrison(Chairman) was a guest of the now Prime Minister of Zanzibar (then the Minister of State) to discuss a new MRO(EASA 145) and Engineers Academy (EASA 147) on Zanzibar.

It was decided that Dar Es Salaam International Airport was the preferred location for an MRO and Academy so IAG subsequently created a full MRO/Academy feasibility study to International standards and full financial bank ready projections for the Government. These plans were accepted and approved but awaiting funding approval.

Government of Nigeria, Akwa Ibom, 2016

Stuart Harrison and Malcolm Cox of IAG were invited to Abuja to meet with the Minister of Aviation and after a succesful meeting which was televised, they then visited the State of Akwa Ibom to review a half finished hangar and to discuss the feasibility of a new EASA 145 MRO.

IAG subsequently created a full MRO feasibility study and business plan to International standards and full financial bank ready projections for the States approval. An exclusive LOI was entered into between the State and IAG after these plans were accepted and approved pending funding and a start in 2017.
